What if my item arrives damaged in shipping?

We do everything possible to ensure your purchase arrives in pristine condition. All items are shipped with a tracking number and insurance to cover the sales price of the item.

If there is an accident involved during the shipping process, we will do everything possible to work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the insurance claim. Please keep the original packaging and damaged item until the claim process is resolved and carrier notifies you of handling. You have the choice of FinerDealz replacing the item (using comparable item) or working directly with the shipping company to obtain a refund of your purchase through that company’s claims process.

Care instructions
All of our glassware is dishwasher safe. Custom etching is a permanent mark into the glass surface, so you never need to worry that it will wear off over time.

Return Options
We are committed to providing the highest customer service. Because of the customized nature of our products, they cannot be returned. Please rest assured that we will work with you to resolve any issues that arise with your purchase.

Shipping Time
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies as each order is custom made. For details, see individual shipping information below:
Estimated shipping times
Canada: 5-7 business days
United States: 3-5 business days
Europe: 8-12 business days

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
